The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I have been going to Cedar since 4th grade. It is a good school, but like everywhere some spots need some work.

I have been a student at Cedar Bluffs since I was in kindergarten and I think Cedar is a pretty good school for how small it is. There are about 80 kids in the high school. I am involved in activities here I play football and in FBLA. I think the things they need to improve is the locker rooms for the athletes, and we need better lunches because we eat the same thing every week. The staff is really nice here and they really preach to you about getting you ready for college. The teachers make sure we get as many scholarships as we can that is why they make us do one every Friday.
