So far my time at Centralia High School has been okay. There hasn't been much difference between when I was in my Sophomore or Freshman year. I think they improved security by having it so that you have to use the speaker at the door to say why your coming into the school instead of having people just walk inside. This school year hasn't really been the greatest but it also hasn't been the worst. I wish we had more resources for tutoring since it's very limited here.

When I went to Centralia High School it hadn't yet gone through it's remodel, though I have visited the building after the remodel and I can say it seems a lot better now other than hallways feeling a bit smaller and more crowded. The teachers there can be hit or miss, sometimes you can get a really great teacher and sometimes you get one that you just don't work well with, this can be a problem for classes that only have one teacher as it makes it so you can't easily switch to a different teacher who teaches the same subject. Most the teachers are willing to stay after hours at the school to help students with any work they may need help with, some may even help even if you're not in their class which is really nice. if you're hoping for help with getting ready for college then you're sort of out of luck, unless you plan to take running start you're not really going to be taught anything college related and how to prepare for it.

the amount of undisciplined bullying and harassment that goes on at this school is insane. i’ve been a victim of it since the second i stepped foot in the building. telling administration doesn’t help, as they do absolutely nothing.
