I graduated from the Miller School of Albemarle in 2024 as a day student and it was probably the best four years of my life. I had found so many nice people and grew an unbelievable amount as a person and academically. The teachers are there EVERY DAY after school for office hours and that was absolutely huge to help me succeed. Not only helping you in the classroom but the help they offer outside for college recommendations, they genuinely care about you as a person. The class selection process is a breeze and they make sure you get into the classes you want to go into. I hated to leave this place, I think about the school and my connections I made there daily. If there was one thing I would have changed would be the dining service. I heard from my friend who are in grades below that there is a new, better service so I don't think it is fair to judge something that I have not experienced. I love my time at Miller and I am proud to be an Alum.Truly a beautiful place with great people.

There are so many options everyday. We always have a sandwich (cold cut) bar, rice, variety of soups, salad bar with a changing variety of toppings, and three to five options for hot bar, (pasta, cooked vegetables, entrees).

Though the curriculum is rigorous; the teachers were dedicated in targeting ways for each of them to e...
