The male gym teacher I had was a creep and would play with girls' hair and the majority of the teachers I had played Christian music during class. Besides the horrible education I received, I'd like to discuss the guidance counselor I had, Elisha Oliver, who is still there. "Ms. Oliver," as well as most of my teachers, knew I was being bullied for my religious beliefs but did nothing, most likely due to their own religious beliefs. Oliver forced us to have silent assigned seating (alternating boy-girl) for almost all of my seventh-grade year, but don't worry, her favorite students got to sit next to their friends. Even though Oliver knew I was being bullied, I was only called to her office once during my two years there because I was, "having trouble making friends." Maybe because I was being bullied. during this meeting, one of her favorite students came in to get candy, who was one of the girls bullying me, and sat in for the rest of my meeting with her.

Looks can be very deceiving when it comes to John Chavis! My daughter, who has a learning disorder has been repeatedly bullied by teachers and singled out from her classmates. Every one of my concerns as a parent have been dismissed not only by the teachers but by the principal as well. My daughter...
