I am a transfer student at Cheshire Academy. As soon as I walked into the school I was welcomed and faced with a lot of opportunities. Just being at this school has expanded my knowledge on different cultures as I have made friends all around the world. I have also made friends from around connecticut. One down side to transferring to Cheshire Academy was leaving my friends at my old school just for my senior year and the realization that I wont be graduating and walking the same stage as them. Although that is something hard to comprehend I know I made the right choice on what's going to make me more successful later in life.

This school was a blessing. Small, humble, but full of love and care. It was a leap of faith sending my child to boarding school, but it worked out well. The small class sizes allows for faculty to get to know the students in a meaningful way, which trickles into the boarding life. My child has grown immensely in just a year, and I can't wait to see what the next four years bring.

Cheshire Academy is a great school for students who are seeking for a bit more challenging high school than public school but not for those who want a real challenge. However, there are people from all over the world and you are exposed to an immense amount of diversity.
