Special events include Abilities Awareness Day, charitable drives, Donuts with Grownups, battle of the books, STEAM night, and multi-cultural night. Teachers were always so kind, and helped whenever needed. I'm going into 8th grade and almost all of my friends (who went to Kehrs Mill) are in gifted classes with me. I loved everything and miss it terribly.

This is a good public school choice, but the class sizes are much too large. There are 25 or 26 children in many of the classrooms with no teacher's aid.

Kehrs Mill Elementary is not that good comparing to other elementary schools in the Rockwood School District. Getting MAP score high becomes everything here.
