Well some of the teachers can be really disrespectful. High school math teacher yells at the students and calls them dumb if they don't know the answer. Bullying is like 10 times worse than public school. The amount of homework that each kid has to do is crazy. We don't get out of school until 4:10 and if you have tutoring you do not get out until 5:10, so by the time you get home you are doing homework, and sometimes you cannot make time to spend time with your family. If you do not get all of your homework done you are in detention the next day.

Some changes I would like to see are that they could lay back on the strictness and not put people in behavior detention for small things. I'm a middle school student at PODER Academy Secondary School. I was also an elementary student at the PODER Academy, too. I know some people don't accept the changes, but I'd like to see them. Also, I don't want really hard math and science things. I know we are also going to be taking the WY-TOPP soon, so it's kind of hard to listen and focus.
