In truth, we were better off with the other managers. Those who are there are hesitant in their positioning and are difficult to reason with. They lean towards modern ideas and do not take into account different cultures, races, ethnicities, and not to mention conservatism.

The principal's professional skills are below average. She allows bullying; if your child attempts to defend themself they are labeled in a negative way. Teachers are unhappy and overwhelmed children are being pushed forward without the basic foundation needed to be successful. The TA's have been taken away in account budget cuts.
