The school is old needs to be fixed. Teachers are okay some better than others. Sports are a mess very biased with funding.

Lincoln Park in terms of its academics was great with the IB program, which I was involved in. I found that moving into college it was easier to adapt to the work load, however I would say in terms of that curriculum it was after covid, so a lot of people struggled to pass the overall IB exam. The chemistry department could be better, along with making sure the students are fully prepared for their exams.

MiddleClass white parent w kids at this school. Admin is terrible! They have poor communication and are disorganized. Steinmiller seems to pass off responsibilities to other staff members and can’t lead a school. This was evident at the open house for parents and students. I sensed he didn’t know ho...

Don’t go to lp if you care about your education. There are some AMAZING teachers but only 1/6 of your teachers will be good. A lot of my time at school was not spent learning or doing anything. There is a lack of structure and nothing is enforced, which was technically a benefit, but also had bad ef...

Do NOT EVER send your child here. This school has far too many ignorant students and staff for your child to have a positive experience at high school. There are some good teachers, but the amount of hate and ignorance I truly feel from some of the teachers and a LOT of the students is depressingly...

The school has a fantastic program for students who want to be part of the school activities especially if your child is musically inclined (like choir, band, orchestra) and already has outstanding academics. We have a child that current attends Lincoln Park and enjoys the school so far. The teacher...
