I really like Skinner West. My boys have been going here since kindergarten and now they'll be going to 5th grade. I love how the staff communicate with each parent's no matter what the situation is. The teachers that my kids have had over the years seem concerned and anytime I talk to them about the kids it's no issue. The only problem I have is that it should be a pick up and drop spot for the kids who travel from south since it's a selective enrollment schools for some kids. It shouldn't just be bus service for some students. Parents have the opportunity to send their children to a better school so they can get an better education and it's hard for some parents due to transportation.

My experience at scanner school has been amazing, the teachers really care about the school in about their students. The student life is not the best, and they're definitely some bullying problems that can happen. Academics are great, a lot of classes are well beyond their grade level.

This caused repeated disruptions and ins...

Skinner has some of the best teachers and families you’ll find anywhere. It’s a big school, so it can take a little time to find your rhythm, but those who do discover a strong, welcoming community where kids are pushed to grow.

Awful. Bullying is a huge problem. Curriculum is all over the place and each teacher just uses what they are given with no training or development.
