Chilhowie High School has an inviting, nurturing environment, that lends itself to the success of every student. When entering CHS, I was pretty apprehensive, but that quickly went away. I knew that I was in a place where I could thrive, through the support of the staff and the connection that they make with their students.

This school is excellent. The faculty and staff are fantastic, they are always willing to help. The teachers treat everyone fairly, and love what they do. Everyone in this school is very kind, and if you are new, do not worry, friends are made easily.

I like that everyone at Chilhowie knows each other and that there is a strong sense of community within the school.

Overall I would rate my experience at this school very highly. The teachers are amazing at their jobs. They taught me very well and I've gained a lot of unexpected experience in not only the subject I was learning, but life lessons too.
