This is the best school in Rowan County. I love it. It's the best school for the arts. The other academics are nice too, but I absolutely loved my time in the arts classes.

The best parts of Jesse C Carson high school are the art program, teachers, and faculty. The worst parts are the administration and the lack of diversity.

I have enjoyed my years at Jesse C. Carson High School, and they will always have a grand sense of importance in my heart. The teachers genuinely care about your well-being and your success and that is something I value you immensely. With each year, this school always finds ways to improve on its flaws; leaving no stone unturned, something some schools never do. It is well kept, incredibly staffed, filled with spirit, and a place that I'm proud to say that I've attended.

I have had one child graduate and now another child there as a freshman. My oldest son was very popular among the students and the teachers. He played 3 sports and graduated with honors. He did not have to smoke, drink or do drugs to be popular. High School is about what you make it to be. Although...
