This school is very small and it is very easy to become friendly with the teachers. The school itself contains grades 6-12 and has a total population of around 300. However, based on the conservative nature of the town, this school's diversity is almost nonexistent and the school is very cliquey. Other than this, however, the education offered here is excellent.

I honestly think that Chincoteague High School was great school with people who want to see you succeed and make the best of high school. They try to provide you with everything you need. The teachers are all different but good at their jobs and are very caring. The faculty is friendly and helpful.
