GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

For the most part my experience at this school has been pleasant and a lot of the teachers I've had are good. They have a lot of good electives and opportunities through the career center. There are a few bad things, like if you're coming from a different school it can be difficult to make friends. The school lunches aren't very good either.

I think the school is a good place overall but definitely has some improvements that could be made like mental health resources

I would like to see more diverse clubs and more focus on the arts, with more acknowledgement being given to young local artists.

CNS is a great school. I'm a sophomore myself and even though I've only had one year of experience here, I truly believe that this is one of the best schools that you can have your kids go to. The teachers are supportive and all staff members are respectful and ready to help.
