GreatSchools Rating

Source: GreatSchools
GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

very friendly environment small school everyone knows everyone and everyone gets along very well here we all know everyones first names and parents name the teachers are like extended family members we can talk to anyone on the staff about anything and they will listen and help in anyway possible sports are phenomenal and coaches not only teach to be great players they teach us respect and things that most fathers or father figures should teach a young man

Very athletics obsessed, but they are in the process of becoming more balanced. Very spirited school. Teachers are hard (give a lot of homework) but are willing to help if students will ask for it. Very easy to get involved if you want to. Offers great academic opportunities (and PLENTY of dual credit/honors courses)

There's not very many negatives, however, there is not many positives. I feel like the teachers are just helping me get by instead of helping me reach my full potential. I even have some teachers that get irritated when a student asks them for help.
