As a senior at Claxton High, I have to say that high school has not been the best 4 years of my life. Although I have learned a lot about myself, I did not feel prepared to take college classes. I feel as if the teachers and support staff care but are not provided support from higher powers. As a student looking to attend a college/university, I feel as if I and students like me were sort of over looked as new programs and options arises for those uninterested in college .

I'd like to see the way they handle disciplinary situations change in a positive way. However, my experience with my friends through the years is something I would do again and don't regret at all

My experience at Claxton High School will be years to remember for the rest of my life after I graduate. The teachers care about every single student and making sure they have everything they need no matter what. My basketball Coach is always here for me and pushes me to be the best player I can be on and off the court. I have so much love for everybody at Claxton High School and I am going to miss the times there dearly.

The school uniform's are causing stress for parents students and staff. My highschool age son said his friends seem to always be in iss due to crazy things like their shirt was untucked while in iss they are not given a chance to complete their class work and results in poor grades the teachers apol...

If you have any intention of your kids going to college, think seriously about another school. The study habits they teach barely get you past high school. Much less a university.
