I have a kindergartner and first grader currently in attendance at Cooper. After reading the reviews, I question what happened for parents to feel such disappointment. Cooper has a culture of dysfunction. Disciplinary issues are swept under the rug and are some times dealt with by putting a blanket on the child who is acting up. The administration at Cooper is very uncaring. When approached with a concern from a parent they do not respond. Mr. Stoke will not retur...
