GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Westside High was a great experience because of its extracurricular activities. Homecoming is a great time at Westside because all classes and faculty get involved. Each class builds a float and has a dance battle where judges pick the winner. My memories at Westside have been great and I will forever cherish the memories made there.

The teachers clearly care about the students and their success in life. However, the students at the school aren't given opportunities for enrichment outside of school. After school programs are sparse and opportunities such as scholarly clubs and volunteering opportunities are nonexistent.

I was the second class to graduate from this school. I loved all the teachers, everyone was very supportive. The kids got along well. They have the best teams in the county. The family and friends always come together to support all of the games and any event.
