Scranton School is part of the Cleveland Metropolitan School District and is located on the west side of Cleveland in Tremont. The school serves around 442 students in grades kindergarten through eighth. Scranton also offers full-day and half-day prekindergarten classes. School leaders, teachers and staff work together to provide an effective, student-centered environment for a diverse population of young learners. Scranton features a strong bilingual program in Spanish and English, helping students expand their communication and comprehension skills.
Scranton classrooms are equipped with educational technology, including SMART Boards and document cameras to enable teachers to access and share information with their young learners. Students at all grade levels spend time in the computer lab, where they learn how to use, access and process electronic information.
Scranton Eagles can participate in several extracurricular programs. Options include karate, robotics, cooking, crafts, basketball, cheerleading, We Run This City Marathon program, track, guitar club, girl scouts, student council and a student anti-bullying committee. Scranton offers tutoring during and after school, as well as dental treatment, vision exams and glasses. Students can also access counseling services on campus to support their growth.

Would never recommend this school don't take your kids to this school at all, they didn't even try to be nice to my child on the first day. Kept yelling at my child even when my child was just new and didn't know what to do and expected him to know what he was doing! This is not right and the staff...

It's all an act to keep up numbers in which they are still failing at. Not every child is in their best interest and I would never recommend a child be placed here.
