The principal lacks leadership. She has no control over her staff, who are great, but a few need to work on compassion skills when it comes to children and lack respect when it comes to parents, but the principal is a large majority of all these, those who lack leadership lack of staff.

Teachers are below acceptable, usually unable to answer even the basic child/school related question, and the woman that is currently serving as Principal should be ashamed of herself.
