GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Aspen Valley has a very welcoming environment, and it's easy to succeed there. The class sizes are very small and because of that each student gets more individual attention. Aspen is like a small family, and there is little tolerance for drama.

I came to Aspen Valley at the beginning of my junior year in October of 2011, and graduated in May of 2014. There are only about 100 kids, give or take some, at a time. That'...

This is a very good school for students who are falling behind in credits, but maybe not the place for a student who is lacking basic academic skills. Double math and English classes help ensure students meet graduation requirements. Most of the teachers update grades promptly, and they stay on top...
