Midland Elementary School serves students between kindergarten and fifth grades. The school offers a strong educational foundation in reading, writing, and mathematics. As part of Midland’s mission and vision to honor individual learning, students have the option to join several clubs and activities such as cross country, coding club and Yo-Yo. Students in third through fifth grade are provided with 1-to-1 computer learning.
One of the unique features of Midland Elementary School is its new fee-based counseling and coaching program, Thriveworks. Students’ parents can schedule individual therapy sessions, in person or online, during school hours. The program accepts most insurances. The school offers an after-school care enrichment program, but varies every year. In conjunction with the local YMCA, before and after school care is also available for students attending Midland. Parents and families are encouraged to participate in their child’s education via surveys, volunteer opportunities and information and support.

We have two kiddos going to Midland. The teachers are dedicated, the staff are loving and professional, and the kids are wonderful. The school needs more parents and families to support but the bones and the spirit are so strong. We love Midlands.
