Some of the teacher's don't care at ALL about the students, they're just worried about their paycheck.

Kids come to school sick and they spread it to others and the whole school ends up becoming sick. One time somebody caught Whooping Cough and they spread it to people and this kid who claimed he had it, he coughed all over me. I was really appauled by this.

This school has little to no parent engagement. Most of the teachers don’t seem to care much about grades or students turning in assignments. My daughter has been there for two years and not once have I been contacted about grades or behavior good or bad. Unless it’s an extreme event such as a fight...

Longleaf middle is, in my opinion, the best middle school in the area. Every morning when I walk in to school, teachers greet me with a simple "good morning", and even though I'm sure they do that for every student, it helps me start my day with a positive attitude.
