the environment & atmosphere was by gar the best i've seen in a highschool. such positive energy & the teachers there genuinely care about ur well being. and since it's a smaller school ur able to focus on what u need help with in the classroom. definitely recommend and child going here especially because it's career tech program based.

I came here for a career and lost my passion. I am in the programming career class. I wish the teacher actually took the classes seriously and took care of kids who are a chronic problem in the class. At this point I am not learning anything in class both because of the lack of ambition by the teacher and the students. This place has been a waste of my time. The teacher does not follow a curriculum and as a result we are going nowhere. I am a senor here and have not learned anything inside this building pertaining to my career I didn't already know. I would not go to this school if I could redo my decisions

The 11th & 12th English Teacher is rude at times and she will try to fail you. Everybody else is cool.

I give this school a high rating. My son had a learning disability when he attended CDHS. All of his teachers were wonderful and let my son grow as an individual that can communicate effectively what he needed to make his learning possible

I love Downtown High School. Most of the teachers are amazing. there is almost no school drama. most people are mature and the career programs are awesome, specially the intership opportunities offered here. They have the National Technical honor society and they also have AP english and calculus. I...
