My overall experience with Commerce High School was a good one. I always enjoyed coming to school. The teachers taught well and they all felt like family members rather than teachers. Even the other staff members like coaches and lunch ladies felt close. Looking back I will always remember my tine there and all the good timed we had. I know me and my friends had similar experiences. All positive and little negative. My favorite part of highschool was soccer. It did not feel like a big school where everyone is distant. Rather we were a family and a jewel of school. I was in other club to. For example band felt the same way. We were more than just students playing instruments. We were a family producing music for our school. Everything at Commerce Highschool felt more meaningful because everything we did had a impact and had meaning.

I wouldn't say my experience at Commerce High School has been all bad, but the education part of it has been. I'm considered a "smart kid", but I just do my work. It's easy to pass classes because I feel like the teachers never push kids to think and learn. Most of the work is just so they can put grades in the grade book. I do have to say the staff is very nice and helpful. We do a lot of activities as a school and have plenty of clubs.

I had an amazing 4 years at Commerce High School. I was a student-athlete that really cared about my studies and wanted to succeed both on and off the field. My teachers gave me the one-on-one learning that I needed in order to excel in all of my classes. Commerce High School is a small school that gives you the family feel and will always make sure you're taken care of.

i have 1 son that went through school here and another going now and this school has the most hearfelt teachers they are not about themselves are about your kids well being and growing in education,i wouldnt trade them for any other school,my boys wouldnt go to another school.thank commerce schools...

A lot has changed since that 2006 review. If you're not on a sports team, you don't matter to the administration at this school. They let far too many students slip through the cracks because they don't step in and do what needs to be done for an individual. In my opinion, you know when a student is...
