GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The best part about the school is the people, both the students and the staff are wonderful and bring a smile to my face almost every day. The worst part of this school is the lack of choice sports. There is only one available sport per season and football is never an option.

From the moment I came to this school I felt accepted and apart of the student body as if I had been with them since Kindergarten and my parents before me attended it as well. Small classes made for more one on one with teachers and everyone wants to see you succeed not just academically but in life. I loved my years at Copenhagen.

Both of my students have graduated and are now high achieving in their college degree pursuits. I believe this is due to the overall education and support they've rece...

Amazing school. Outstanding staff. Small class size. Teachers go above and beyond for students. Inclusivity, cultural sensitivity are stressed and modeled. Parent involvement is emphasized and encouraged. Students are given every opportunity and support to succeed.Private school feel.

Copenhagen, NY is a great community to live and to send your kids to public school. High standards and great personnel that get the job done. Class size is reasonable translating to more 1 on 1 attention for your child or children. It's a tight-knit farming community with a lot of hard working, resp...

This is the 3rd year my children have been attending Copenhagen, and I'm pretty sure words won't do this school justice. This is a rare, K-12 school, where everybody knows everybody, your children are truly valued by the staff, and the communication between teachers and parents is excellent. Small c...
