Student teacher ratio is 25 to 1--not sure where the 17 to 1 ratio on this site is coming from. Teachers are overwhelmed and first grade students are given 1.5 hours of homework daily in order to compensate.

I would not recommend this school. While my child received a good education at CGPA since kindergarten, there are areas that could be improved. Coral Gables Prep is a great school. There is a lot of great classes being taught by awesome teachers. They have cheerleading, flag football(which is really fun to watch), and many other clubs.
