I don't think Cordell by any means is a bad school, but the food is mediocre at best sometimes. Cordell Band is the best part of the entire experience by far though, the other classes such as art and physical science are pretty good too, the academics and other stuff save Cordell High School from being a meh experience, to a good experience.

No child left behind is taken to heart and followed. Teachers are the first to notice students that need extra help and they have even created a class during the day that students can go to the teachers and get that help and not keep struggling. The smaller classes help a lot as well. Not only do we get to be with friends but student/teacher ratio is awesome. I have taken in so much from my very first day of Pre-K to my first day of my senior year. Waiting to see what the world brings me.

Cordell has been my home for my 18 years of living. It is a close-knit community with wonderful people, most of them being teachers. The school staff are always willing to help anyone however they can, whenever they can. There are great bonds and relationships among the students and everyone is connected in some way. It has been a great environment in which to grow and learn.
