The school is small with few teachers. There is little school spirit but sometimes there are flashes of it. The sports are dependent on which students are willing to go above and beyond.

I attended Cordova Junior/Senior High School through 7th-12th. It's a small, close-knit school with a supportive community and helpful staff. I feel that I received a good overall education. The only thing that I would like to change about the school is the limited art courses it has. Because of the lack of teachers and needed supplies, I was only able to take one Art course when I really wish I could have taken it more.

There are many extracurricular opportunities at Cordova High School. There is yearbook, student council, tech club, cheerleading, choir, pep band, basketball, softball, volleyball, cross country, wrestling, and B.I.O.N.I.C. (a peer helper group). There is a high level of commitment. They are all pretty popular and have high support by all administrators.
