School has lots of problems listening to parents. Talks to parents in demeaning manner. Poor performance on objective standards. Consistently misses the mark on proficiency tests. Below state averages. Consistently getting worse over the last few years. Not hopeful.

Corning Elementary is an excellent school. The teachers really know each child and hold high expectations for them. They are encouraging, and my children love going to school to see them. I know they are receiving a quality education.

The staff at Corning works many extra hours. The teachers do all they can to help the students in all areas. I know my child is receiving an excellent education.
