In my 7 years at London High School i constantly met teachers who truly wanted to encourage their students and help them become the best in the subject. London has an amazing engineering program with a teacher who wants the students to figure it out instead of telling them what to do which is very beneficial. She is not the only teacher that does this and many have years of teaching experience which helps since they have an extensive knowledge of the subject they are teaching. They also have amazing security that form a bond with students which help us feel more secure and safe.

I thought that London High School was a very education-oriented school when I first arrived, but as time passed, it became a sports-heavy school, in my opinion. Classes were average sized and I don't feel as if I had an advantage over other schools nearby. I expected to have a higher education than those of other schools, but I don't think I did. No one told me the processes and importance of taking dual credit classes, and only when I graduated and registered for college classes did I understand what they did and meant.

Overall, London is a great school. Everyone cares about you, and there is always some sort of support. However, some of the teachers are not the best (in terms of teaching) and there are not a lot of opportunities (advanced classes, facilities, sports, participation in extracurriculars, etc.) because it's so small.

The high school is new. There are not enough electives and the kids just sit in a study hall instead. The teachers and class size are great and teachers really care about the kids and the school. Unfortunately there has been no consistent leadership and the current high schoolers are likely not goin...

Their education is outstanding, the school takes pride in their academics as well as their sports.
