I made a good choice of choosing to attend Emporia State University in order to pursue my goal of becoming a pharmacist. I am currently getting a Bachelor's degree in chemistry and plan to go to Kansas University in order to get a Doctorate in Pharmacy. However, my high school did not prepare me well for how difficult it actually is to take college level classes. I have had to teach myself new study habits and my grades reflect how little I knew my first few semesters.

There are a few teachers that go above and beyond to help students with their education. However, some are fresh out of college and only stay a year so they usually don't care as much.
