Through my 5 years at this school, it was pretty evident that the county I was in was very poor, since the 8th grade middle school was connected with the high school. Our building had bats and rats and all other kinds of bugs. But they teachers genially made up for it. I've never meet staff that wanted to help there students succeed and want the best for them, not only were they available for academic guidance but they were there when a student need a person to talk to.

CHS is a great school. Small population makes it easy to know everyone. Administration is very supportive and their doors are always open.

There are a variety of different extracurricular activities at my school. There is a pep band, symphonic band, marching band, choir, and others that i cannot think of off the top of my head.
