Cross Lanes Christian provides a solid education with a christian emphasis. The school is very small which allows close relationships between the teachers and the students as well as among the students. Should a family endure a hardship, the school families will rally for that particular family and help in many ways as well as lifting that family up in prayer.

We would all die if there was ever a tornado. Apparently, schools in West Virginia don't prepare for tornadoes. I don't know that we have a school nurse. If we do I've never seen one. Bullying is rampant but mild enough that it doesn't take much toll on the victim. Also the same bullies will later extend kindness to the victims.

Overall, the experience has been fine. There are pros and cons for every school. This school is unique in the pros and cons it has because of its situation.

As a parent, I am beyond disappointed with this school. The fact that bullying is consistently ignored is appalling and frankly, unacceptable. My child has been exposed to shocking levels of foul language and outright bullying from other students, and the school administration seems to turn a blind...

Things might me different these days… When I was there, (7 grades in total) however, bullying would never get addressed— even upon parental complaints. Teachers for 7th-12th rarely had any collegiate concentrations in the subjects that they teach. Discrimination and lack of diversity is commonplace....

I am a parent at this school. I am very pleased with the teachers and environment. They are challenged academically. They have good friends there. I could not recommend it enough. You won't be disappointed. Your students will be cared for at this school.

My children love this school. We had to place our daughter back in a public school for a short time, and instantly observed a negative change.
