I love all of the teachers and the classes that I can take. I do very well and hold leadership positions in almost every club I am part of. Ultimately, I enjoy going to school at Cumberland High School. I would, however, like to see the school lunch food changed and the cell phone policy to be relaxed.

Cumberland High School helped me gain friends and long lasting relationships with overwhelmingly accepting communities. There is so many class choices to choose from with some wonderful teachers and staff. I learned how to be perseverant and i always achieved my goals due to the adamant teachers who push their students to succeed. I would like to see an improvement of handling bigger situations such as racism and transphobia that can occur within the school by students. There is majority control of these issues but sometimes they went ignored or not properly handled.

My experience at Cumberland High school was very different than I thought it would be. About half way through my freshman year we were impacted with COVID which created a very different high school experience for me. My school created a very good virtual learning experience and has made it the learning environment we all needed.
