I have had a good time at West Forsyth High School. As a new student, I was able to get involved with sports like lacrosse and flag football despite ever having played before. It was a good opportunity for me and I'm grateful that it was available for me. I will say that the school is not super diverse which is to be expected because of the location, and that's okay. I will say the counselors, or at least mine, is not very good at responding to emails. Changing your schedule is very difficult when I feel it shouldn't.

At West Forsyth High School, the school puts students mental health above their education in certain ways. The teachers and administration do well at ensuring that all students have a safe person to be able to talk to about any problems at home or in the building. Teachers are always on top of their game and utilize resources to help their students learn better. WFHS DECA is one of the most dedicated clubs in the county and they win multiple awards, as well as the Schullers Awards for Musical Theater.

The school is very focused on marketing, which overpowers attention towards other extracurriculars. Nonetheless, resources are generally very well distributed.

This school is pretty poor. I thought it would be good, but it's not. The teachers don't really care. Also, my daughter had a one time disciplinary incident and they SUSPENDED her for the remainder of the year (so now that's 6+ months) and provided very little support for us.

I believe this school has done a good job educating my child. I've heard stories about West from many folks that have not had their children attend this school. Those stories have all proven to be exaggerations based on biases. The truth is many schools in Georgia just are not as strong as their nor...
