They bring in amazing outside resources: Greg Tang to teach parents, authors, weather people. So many of the teachers teach outside of the box and make these kids learn to think.

The admin are terrible. DO NOT WORK HERE !!!! Terrible admin that do not support in any way. If you are a first year teacher this is not a place to start. They care more about discipline the adults then the kids. Baldwin needs to be removed. Terrible leadership!!!!

The admin there are bullies and will make you think teaching is not for you with their scare tactics. They talk about their staff, they put you on a “radar” which means they are going to harass you for months to come. Alcova is hell to work at. Please reconsider and I know you want to be in Gwinnett...
