All of the teachers at DHS truly care about their jobs and their students. I felt welcomed by the staff and student body. There are lots of activities to participate in ranging from sports to clubs to volunteer opportunities. We have tons of school spirit with students always excited for basketball, football, and softball games.

Dallas High School is a school full of racist people, Republicans and a white washed town. The only thing I like about Dallas High school is the people and teachers I see everyday. I want to graduate and go to a 4 year college to be a ultrasound technician and also get my business and marketing degree to start my own business and hopefully own my own store. I've also grown up with lack of motivation from my family so I want to prove them wrong and shown them that I can achieve my goals in life.

It's definitely a smaller school because it's in a smaller town, but the teachers are great and there is low bullying. The teachers and councilors are very helpful and want to see their students succeed. Overall, good school.

As a new student to Dallas High this year, my daughter has found that the classes seem a bit more advanced than the previous school she attended. There is also a greater variety of classes from which to choose, which her other school just didn't offer.
