There are flaws in the school I have attended, yes. They aren't as hands on with bullying as you may think schools are supposed to be. some administrators are very rude and difficult to deal with. Some workers are childish and tend to get involved in children's petty drama. They keep important stuff from you and tend to use the I'm the adult and you're the child scenario but then proceed to treat you like the adult cause they don't want parents involved. Even though this happens there are good people there who watch out for my wellbeing. It may seem like the bad eggs make the experience at the school but once you get rid of those you are left with a pretty decent learning academy.

My experience with Carter has been a great and hectic experience. I've made lots of long-lasting friendships and love the environment. There have been times where I've questioned what school I'm at, but all the good time over thought those thoughts in my head. I would recommend Carter to anyone who wants to go to a school where everyone is engaged.

Overall it's an okay school that provides the basic needs to get through high school. The students are ok and the teachers are good. I would suggest the school be more organized.

Currently a junior at Carter high i find the school to be "Under Average" there have been teachers class rooms where i stepped in and all they did was give us a text book and tell us to write down 5-10 vocabulary words and that will be it for that day....the reason the school is so low performing is...

It takes more than a professional staff for a school to be successful. Kids have to want to learn and parents have to support their learning and not put it all on the teachers. Regardless of what teacher do in the classroom they cant go home with kids and make them turn off the PlayStation's and Xbo...
