Rose Haggar Elementary School is located off Campbell Road in Far North Dallas. The school operates within the Plano Independent School District and serves students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The Mariners love to show pride in their home school by proudly sporting teal blue and forest green, its official colors.

The rating for Haggar absolutely does not reflect the quality of this school. The teachers are amazing, the PTA is super involved and supportive, and we could not be happier with the quality of education our two kids have received over the last six years. We’ve been part of this school for four years now. My son takes part in Speech and I’m very familiar with their services. They’ve worked hard to elevate his speech. The parents are involved and there is a concerted effort to do the best for the kids as we’re able. It’s truly a great community
