I've enjoyed my time at Dallastown for sure. My teachers have helped me grow as a student and a person, and I feel 100% ready to go to college. All of the problems at the school are out of the faculty's control; I feel like we have a lot of white students compared to any other race. There are a good amount of fights every now and then. Some people are known for being racist or homophobic. But Dallastown is a rural area in Pennsylvania, so most of this can't be helped. If you surround yourself with the right people, you'll love the school and you'll feel loved. I chose to do dual enrollment and I only have one class there now, so I'm not there a lot. Their work release, senior release, and dual enrollment opportunities are amazing. I recommend applying for dual enrollment. I don't do a lot of extracurriculars, so I don't have an opinion on them, but there are at least 50 extracurriculars at the school, so we have lots of options for anyone.

My experience at this school was so-so. The academics are very good and there are many options when it comes to classes to take. Teachers are pretty involved and care about their students. Diversity is low. This is a predominately white school.

Overall Dallastown is a good school, they give you lots of opportunities. Only bad part is students needing to become better with each other and around each other.

3 children over a 8 year period. Like any school, there are normal things that happen. Especially in high school. But this school is incredible. Special education needs 5 stars. Teachers love to teach. Everyone is there for the right reasons.

Extremely toxic environment. When we moved and had to enroll our daughter in a new school, the difference was night and day. As a former student, I can say that I absolutely HATED Dallastown. There was no involvement for me what so ever. Some of the teachers were rude and disrespectful to me.
