GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

My experience here was initially constricting, but over the years, clubs and sports have improved due to strong teachers and students. There have been four principals in four years, but the administration is beginning to find its feet again.

While attending here, it has been a roller coaster. At first it was a little difficult, but this year has been really good. I've learned a lot, went through obstacles, but overall it ended up pretty good.

Madison County High is a great school with caring teachers. Although it does have many great academic resources, I feel as though the teachers/administration does not fully prepare students for college.

This school is amazing! The teachers are respectful (When you are respectful back) and all of the students are amazing! When there are fights, they are stopped by on-campus police officers. No bullying at all. This school is amazing, check it out!
