I am currently enrolled in this school. It is run nicely even though I don't agree with all the policies. It has it´s ups and downs. Most teachers are very kind and considerate.

High school is a big change for students coming from middle school. One thing I'll never forget is that my first day of high school was so scary for me. I quickly learned I had nothing to be scared off, however, as the teachers were incredibly understanding and many older peers were willing to help me find my way to a class, the locker room, etc. It only took me one day to realize that the staff was extremely friendly and that high school wasn't going to be so bad.

I loved almost everything about Danville Area High School. Mostly everyone is beyond nice, and the teachers are the best in the area. I feel as if I am ready to succeed in college and in the rest of my life. The academic rigor is quite high and will challenge all who are enrolled in the school. I would certainly recommend that anyone be enrolled in the Danville Area School District as the entire k through 12 experience is worth it.
