It is a really good school and I enjoy coming every day. Like all schools there have been things that I feel go a little to unnoticed that should've been talked about more seriously regarding safety. In all we have guest speakers to come in a lot to share there experiences with the outside world and how much things can impact you life. We have decent sports teams and I am apart of two of them. The coaches are good at getting things done and are inspiring to us. In the classroom the teachers are involved and ask us questions deeper than the curriculum.

Hinsdale South High School is a great school to go to. Teachers are helpful , there is a teacher aid in almost every classroom. The food in the cafeteria is made by a chef.

Hinsdale South seems on the surface to be incredibly average. There are no glaring flaws that taint the building nor are there any incredible additions that make it a perfect school. The teachers are nice and caring but most of the students don't capitalize off the opportunities given to them by the teachers. There has been some worries within the school of weapons and metal detectors have been introduced. Asides from that the school is safe and competent.

Great school. Equally balances academic and sports. Provide opportunity to everyone to excel. I am glad my kids went to Hinsdale South.
