GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I enjoyed my time at Darrington High School. It is a small school but has great opportunities, three of the sports teams made it to state this year and most of the players receive a lot of playing time. The teachers are great at working individually with students in order to give everyone extra help when they need it.

We honestly have nothing for health and safety. People do get bullied at our school once in a while and when they do, nothing really happens. I find everyone in my school non threatening and I honestly feel safe at my school.

Since it's a small town school sprite is very intense. However, the sports equipment is not the best due to funding.

The staff and faculty are very personable. The small class size allows each student to be known as an individual; their strengthens honored, and their weaknesses improved. Also, students' access to the outdoors and recreation is unrivaled.
