Darrington High School is the only high school in Darrington, a tiny town in the North Cascades, I have had a great experience at DHS because I have been able to have a one on one relationship with all of my teachers and with administrators. I would love for Darrington to have more funding so that the school could update some of the facilities and equipment for athletics.

I have loved every moment at this school. I use to attend Blaine, Washington and I did not do good there. I was skipping school, not paying attention, and the teachers in Blaine treated me poorly and would not help. I was getting D's and F's. Until, I moved to Darrington High School and every since I've moved I've gotten A's and B's, I couldn't ask for a better school.

The staff and faculty are very personable. The small class size allows each student to be known as an individual; their strengthens honored, and their weaknesses improved. Also, students' access to the outdoors and recreation is unrivaled.
