As a long-time resident of nearby Festus and alumni of that school district I was very upset when after buying our home we found that just because the address was in Festus the school district was DeSoto. Principal, teachers, and family communicate with each other about my child. He has special needs and we all came to very good ideas to help him. Athena is the only school that really helps special needs students.
