I moved to Decatur High School at the start of my sophomore year. My teachers that year were very welcoming, however the students were not. It took me a very long time just to get other students to hold a conversation with me. Overall it isn't the worst but definitely could be better.

It's been good and I've enjoyed my time. The staff is so wonderful with many different teachers being so helpful and wonderful at what they do.

Decatur High is a very fun place to be the teachers are gray! The education is very good and can give you a well rounded knowledge.

The school is all about football and revolves its whole student life around football. If you don't play football it is very annoying that the football students get all this special treatment such as 10 pep rallies a year that students are required to go to and bow down to the football players as if...

Decatur High is a very personalized school system. The teachers/staff and administratoin provide something for everyone! There are some amazing teachers at DHS. There are some who need to step up and teach! I want my child to excel in college and am nervous that she might not be ready. The administration needs to find a focus and get their teachers working towards the goal.
