Briarlake Elementary is a STEM-centric public school serving the needs of just over 400 Pre-K to 5th students, utilizing their higher ratio of teachers per classroom than the national average to provide its students with the attention needed to create a personalized and nurturing environment.
Located near the center of Briarcliff, Briarlake offers a deaf-focused Hard of Hearing program in addition to instruction on the standardized Georgia curriculum, allowing hearing-impaired students to keep up with their peers.
The school offers after school extracurriculars including Math Club, Coding Club, Garden Club, and Signing Club. Track Club provides an athletic outlet for students, with its Healthy Habits 5K and Fun Run drawing in upwards of 200 participants.
