My High School experience has been pretty good at DeLand High School and we have plenty of opportunities. At DHS we have the IB program and AP courses to help students get ahead and be successful in University. The environment is good as well and the principal cares about his school.

One of the best experiences I have had with Deland High school is that the administration like the principal and the student counselors push you to be your best and they help you work towards your goal weather that is trade or if it is going to college. A not so great experience I would say is the little things like the bathrooms rules which I understand but locking some of the bathrooms make it harder to get on class on time when everyone is trying to use just one.
