GreatSchools Rating
The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

The worst Highschool you could imagine, the teachers don't care and the students are even worse I have gotten robbed every single day that I've been here and get jumped bi-weekly and the staff do nothing about it, and the average IQ of out students is room temperature at best, please stay away from this school at all costs, there is no education and no safety, and dont even get me started on the food...

To me, what I like the most is the diversity of my school. There's a little bit of everyone here but what I'm not so fond of is the way the food taste. It isn't the best but it's not the worst. The sports here are really nice. Me, myself plays softball but I love going to the basketball and football games when I'm able to. The teachers and staff are amazing people and they treat you like you're family here.

The teachers really do show that they care for you. The entire environment is surrounded by those who are ready and willing to provide if you need it

The new principal is strong and innovative. He cares about the students and is involved in every activity in the classroom and out.

Education is not important at this school. Parents are not involved in their kids education. The school administration has no clue about education. Richland Parish Schools is in a state of disarray.
